Meridian Survey Co has been the trusted cadastral surveying practice for Dunedin and Otago for four decades. We know this city's property boundaries the way a navigator knows a coastline — through years of fieldwork, original marks and pegs, and detailed records that go back to the early 1980s.

Licensed cadastral surveyors
Every surveyor at Meridian carries the legal authority to define, measure and certify property boundaries under New Zealand's cadastral survey system. That license is not honorary — it means we are professionally and legally accountable for every boundary line we draw and every report we sign.
